It is easy to install and use. 123Motion was designed to be an easy and inexpensive way of setting up a home security system which uses video as a means of detection. Use 123Motion along with webcams, DV Video Devices or any Direct-XB compatible Video Source. 123Motion has the ability to sound an alarm, capture images, upload images to a ftp server, send e-mails with image attachments and even capture images at specific time intervals. Use the FTP and Email Wizards to set up your personal settings.123Motion is easy to set up and has two sensitivity settings to meet the requirement of your environment.123Motion has a motion grid in which it detects motion which can be set to show you the area of motion or it can be disabled. This grid can be optimized as to your specific requirement. All while the video source is active! 123Motion has a Quick Detect option which minimizes CPU usage and then enables you to work even more while you monitor. 123Motion minimizes to the tray (area next to the clock on the Taskbar). 123Motion also has Balloon Messages to tell you as soon as motion has been detected. 123Motion has a built in Log Viewer to view all the entries created when one of the many motion capture events were triggered. Use the Image Viewer to look through the images captured.
