WebPic is an ActiveX control for opening, processing, and saving image files in popular formats. Following functions are supported: clipboard copy and paste, cropping, flipping, grayscale and black and white conversion, resizing, reversing, and rotating. WebPic was designed to work with standard components such as PictureBox or TImage.
