WireChanger is a desktop manager that begins as a desktop wallpaper changer but becomes
much more with built-in utilities, templates, clickable desktop notes and the option to add active clocks to
your desktop. If you want to see something fresh every time you minimize your applications,
WireChanger is the solution. You may never see the same picture twice on your desktop!
You'll be surprized how much you can do with your picture gallery. WireChanger supports
all the major image formats (gif, jpg, bmp, png, wmf, ico, tif and tga) and image archives. You can apply special effects
